We enjoy working with The Belmont at Twin Creek, a Residential Health Services facility located at 999 Raintree Circle, in Allen TX, 75013.  We had the opportunity to host a recent in-service about reducing readmissions with the professional Director of Social Services, Alisha White, while serving delicious sandwiches from Panera Bread.  The Belmont is a beautiful Assisted Living Facility serving the community of Allen, TX, McKinney, TX, Plano, TX, Frisco, TX, Fairview, TX, and North Dallas.  This upscale facility offers 112 beds with luxurious private amenities, private baths, flat screen TV’s, Wifi, and 24/7 medical support with physician and therapy services for both short term and long term rehabilitation.   This facility has close proximity to several large hospitals for convenient service and currently cares for patients from Centennial Hospital, Frisco, along with Texas Health Presbyterian in Allen, McKinney Medical Center, and Baylor Hospital, McKinney as well.

Both Approved In Home Care and The Belmont share an equal vision of excellence of quality care for the elderly and senior community.  Our shared goal is to keep the patient healing, with a fast recovery, to be able to move back into their home and continue living a healthy, pain free lifestyle.  We work closely together to reduce hospital readmissions by having our experienced caregiver, CNA, or Nurse Aid to come in to pack up the senior’s short term rehab room, drive them home, and be there to unpack and set up home services again after a fall, incident, or short term rehab stay.  Our hands on program of having a dual discharge brings added safety to the elderly patient.  The senior is healthier, happy, and relieves the stress of moving back into home with our added care.  With our in home services, family and friends can come over to visit, instead of having to run errands to pick up prescriptions.  Our in home care giver has already completed the daily chores to bring more quality family time with friends and relatives.
